 Description of exercises in the video:

1. Hit moving just the wrist 10 times each from the following starting positions
⁃ En guard with the point on their left shoulder
⁃ En guard with the point on their right shoulder
⁃ Where you like to hide your blade on a marching attack (in the video I come from 8)
2. Hit with half extension 10 times from:
⁃ En guard with the point on their left shoulder
⁃ Parry 4
⁃ En guard with the point on their right shoulder
⁃ Where you like to hide your blade on a marching attack
3. Hit with full extension 10 times from:
⁃ En guard with the point on their left shoulder
⁃ Parry 4
⁃ En guard with the point on their right shoulder
⁃ Where you like to hide your blade on a marching attack
4. Hit with extend advance recover retreat 10 times from:
⁃ En guard with the point on their left shoulder
⁃ Parry 4
⁃ En guard with the point on their right shoulder
⁃ Where you like to hide your blade on a marching attack
5. Hit starting on the target with recover to parry, riposte with advance extension 10 times with each of the following parries:
⁃ Parry 6
- Parry 4
- Parry 8
6. Hit with lunge 10 times from:
⁃ En guard with the point on their left shoulder
⁃ Parry 4
⁃ En guard with the point on their right shoulder
⁃ Where you like to hide your blade on a marching attack
7. Start in lunge and recover retreat with a part then riposte with lunge 10 times each with the following parries :
⁃ En guard with the point on their left shoulder
⁃ Parry 4
⁃ En guard with the point on their right shoulder
⁃ Where you like to hide your blade on a marching attack
8. Advance with half extension and retreat recovering your arm in a rhythmic pattern. 10 times when you feel like it, turn the half extension into a full extension and hit the target.
